Wendell Kimbrough (Psalms We Sing Together)

We’re excited to welcome back Wendell Kimbrough for another “Psalms We Sing Together” event on November 16th. This is a free event. Wendell Kimbrough is a songwriter reimagining the Psalms for emotionally honest modern worship. His songs are marked by strong singable melodies, steeped in the sounds of folk, gospel, and soul music. Wendell serves as artist-in-residence and worship leader at Church of the Apostles in Fairhope, Alabama.

Wendell along with a handful of local Corpus Christi worship directors and musicians comprise the “Psalms We Sing Together” band. Last years event attracted people from 10 different local congregations. Mark your calendars, tell your friends. Let’s sing the Psalms together.
